MySize Yoga is our child-oriented, developmental approach to this traditional philosophy and technique of uniting the mind, body, and spirit.
Children's yoga is a natural and healthy way to exercise, relax, focus, and strengthen their mind/body/spirit connection. It has been shown to help children become more self-confident and self-aware, as well as more physically fit. And that's just for starters. Yoga has been known to help with many medical conditions, such as asthma, insomnia, digestive problems, ADD and learning disabilities, to name a few.
We are launching MySize Yoga for preschoolers from 3 - 5 years old. Children will enjoy learning poses, breathing, and focus, all through a variety of games, pretend play, music, storytelling, and props. Activities will include individual exercises as well as partner yoga. Children learn invaluable skills that set the groundwork for meeting challenges and growing strong physically, mentally and emotionally, cultivating self-esteem for a lifetime of successful achievement.
